I think the current attack has backfired on the shorts. Instead of sellers they generated angry buyers who are determined to see that justice is served. I believe many have drawn a line in the sand and have had more than enough of the criminal behavior that industry regulators seem to ignore. The short is several hundred thousand shares bigger than it was when this latest attack commenced imho and continues to grow. Our brokerage firms should be prosecuted for not insuring good delivery and living up to their fiduciary responsibilities. What is really disgusting is that if CTIX management issued a PR about its shares being shorted and the price manipulated they would come under fire by regulators. The system is broken and needs an overhaul badly.
