No reason to file until KBM is settled or there is a court order preventing them from trading.
I would like to see them/Veal update shareholders in a more concrete sense on the business fundamentals vs the more vague, higher level address previously. But again, until there is some clearer path forward with KBM - I think they will remain guarded with specifics. I am mildly surprised the judge is allowing these repeated delays. Certainly does HJOE no good to delay. What more information does the plantiff need?
