Trolls divert attention to an area that they can try to use to make the company look bad. By getting into hair-splitting, and stating inaccuracies that everyone jumps in to correct, they succeed in getting a message board focused away from the stock (in this case, the GREAT news that CTIX released this morning) and into garbage that discourages new readers/potential investors.
