Because NNLX has not issued a financial statement in some time, Fidelity and, I think, Wells Fargo will not execute buy orders. Fidelity will execute a sell order. So I am averaging down using Scottrade. I may take some capital gains losses at some point and average down some more. This is a key year and if the price does not go above, say 0.30 by December, expect more tax loss selling.
