I'm sure Mako has a financial reason to warrant the efforts they've made, I'm also pretty sure they are smart enough to use a series of domestic and probably foreign shell co's with no assets to do so. I seriously doubt that CTIX or their lawyers will ever get to the bottom of this criminal enterprise (connect the dots) unless someone on the inside rats and they have all the incentive in the world not to do so. It's just MHO but I almost never see anything come of the types of lawsuits you are proposing. Leo and Ashcroft don't ask me for legal advice, I have absolutely zero influence, so why would I bother to make up some BS story for nefarious reasons as you claim? I would try to get the government to go after Maco, but I would not invest a serious amount of Co. resources in the effort. I own a lot of CTIX stock, so I'm judicious about how I want the Co. to spend my money. I want them focused on clinical trials and success in the clinic. This slideshow is just that and I bought more than I probably should have today.
