I'm not saying it isn't, but the aircraft flew from SEA-TAC to Norfolk on the 14th, then to Shannon on the 15th; and then to Cherry Point this AM. It was scheduled to go to OSC today, but the delay may have changed that. My guess it that this was flying a govn. contract mission awarded to Omni. Maybe someone near NKT can eyeball it.
