I'm a believer in staying focused on the drug business as much as possible. I can't imagine mako has any assets. If the person who wrote this has anything near what it would cost to pursue this through the courts they are well protected by multiple layers of LLC's or other forms of protection in many different venues and probably different countries and eventually reside in family a trust of some sort that cant' be touched even if located. Keep your eye on the prize and keep legal expenses to a minimum. I don't say roll over but be conservative in going after those who probably can't pay the legal bill and would likely just file BK after years chasing ghosts .
