Hey fellows, how r u all today? I hope all's well for this major milestone for the American people are about to embark on.

I have tried to email NECA's transfer agent to see how long it would take for a promissory note to actually clear and show up in the TA's O/S count. I received no reply, so perhaps they don't want to answer.
I would like to ask an unbiased trader/extrader if they know this answer.
I have been in NECA for a while and am getting nervous as they are suppose to be putting out 14 PR's as stipulated in a previous PR.

we have 19 trading days until the standstill agreement has been exhausted.
