Cannabis Science, Inc.
Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 Cannabis Science, Inc. (Cannabis Science) is a Nevada corporation with securities quoted
on the OTC Pink marketplace of the OTC Markets. Cannabis Science is an OTC
reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Overthe-
Counter Markets as its business has been directed or administered in or from British
Columbia since November 5, 2014.
¶ 2 Cannabis Science has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and
regulations as an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).
¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease
trading in Cannabis Scienceâs securities until:
1. Cannabis Science files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and
regulations, and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
