$FLCR for the last 8 years funding for small business was killed by govt action that scared the banks into not giving loans to them. This was the reason FLCR launches were not implemented...no funds. I believe our new "BIG GUY ELECT" will take care of this situation thusly creating millions of new jobs in small business for those that did not go toes up.
