They may not halt for finz, could just let it go. But I think it will come out in the form of a Super 10K of sorts, so 2014, 2015, and 2016 will all be in one document.
If this is indeed what they do,
Document will come out at least 10 days prior to the split, and the split will be defined in the super k. This will avoid using a 14C. I would expect a trade halt for this simply because of the volume of information released.
But i could be wrong. This is just a guess.
