I want to further increase my position since I see no reason for this merger to fail. It's just do I try to wait for the big sell off or not.
So let's assume we hear nothing until Friday at the earliest.
This week is going to be interesting. I think shares will be held very tight. I think we will increase our PPS to mid .007s by Wednesday, where we will then trade so far sideways for the next two days. If there is no news by Friday, I say we hit low .005s early next week. Especially with our new "president" being inaugurated. We may see some market panic, but I don't really know.
All I can gather from what has been happening is that I think Vert wants to do this all in one swoop with minimal warning. I think the RS and ticker change will happen basically at the same time. Otherwise they will have to halt trading twice (once for financial release, and again for a ticker change), and I don't think that's what they want to do.
