It should take no moe than a year to construct a 3-processor P2O cluster. Fabrication like rolling flat sterel into shapes and making a drum is dead easy. I have seen it done. Same as for making distillation towers, etc.

The kind of technology that JBI has can be done by any compentent fabricator. All it takes is a set of drawings and come communication. A matter of months.

JBI is taking far longer to do anything because it seems to be doing everything itself. In the end it costs moe money.
