SRGE doesn't even have registered stock....they chose to delist a couple years ago. You should read nodummy's critique of the numbers in the  annual report.    They simply do not add up and make no sense. Since SRGE is a non reporting company. they have a good chance of getting away with such nefarious activities that many of us suspect they are doing.

And there are many.  Frankly, I have little doubt that they are not selling any minerals. They could go a long way toward achieving credibility if they would show proof of a receipt from a refiner, listing the amount of gold and silver sold. If, in fact those of us that suspect that are right, it would be safe to assume that the company is a fraud.
