Tough to say what is best for us. For humanity? Yes it's likely better.
By the time that legislation is in place CTIX will already be knee-deep in two or three partnerships with multiple phase 3 trials. We'll have already done the grunt work. At that point the barriers to entry would benefit our long patent protection on B and P (and hopefully K). We want a high forecast for prices so that our back end royalties are more highly valued for the final merger with a big pharma.
The establishment is great when it works for you.
