$TXHD needs to use some of the money it received from selling convertible debt and its revenues to do a share buyback. OS was 20m shares not too
Long ago and now already 200m. They have a solid SMS marketing program and great clients but shareholders got hurt pretty badly on this one in 2015. Hopefully they can repair their PPS and do something good for the hurt shareholders. So far they have only helped themselves. Best of luck! I will pass on this one.
