There can be an extension given of an additional year yes, but that is for exceptions, under certain circumstances, so it will only be handful of plants that fall under that temporary exemption.

Not all cement plants will wait until the last moment, States can force them to comply too.
& then we have the power plants that will have to be compliant by 2015, so lots work for GTGP ahead!

In early 2013 we'll see an Oak Ridge contract and other Superfund cites are in the works as well...

Frankly I don't mind seeing the date moved to 2015 because I'll pick up all the panic shares along the way!
