I believe forensic based short sellers who invest their one money in research and short when they find Co's with shady accounting practices, making false claims perform a useful service. The rosen firm is not in that category, they appear to me to be opportunist if not conspiratorial and merely pile on lawyer law suits against every company whose stock drops significantly. They try to rationalize after the suit has been filed. This adds no value causes much harm and I wish the courts would sanction them and apply treble damages as their tactics ruin the lives of committed investors and in this industry their actions often have lethal consequences for patients who need life saving drugs approved ASAP as many are in fact suffering terminal illness and passing.
