Yes, he can extend unfortunately for us (if you even are a shareholder). But at least there is some activity happening which is a good sign. James should put out a brutally honest press-release, he is doing us a disservice by not confronting the issues with the delay. I want news, good, or bad. He is not communicating with us very well and it is extremely disappointing.
