I called Theranostics Health out of curiosity. They are still in business and was told Avant is their parent company. Amarantus owns 80 mil Avant shares with additional shares based on certain milestones. That is at least $24 mil at current value. A potential deal could be comprehensive involving both AMBS & AVDX. f
