The traditional dealer usually isnt an existing business that is well capitalized. Usually first timers with a background in sales in this type of environment or have strong relationships with potential accounts (like c stores) through ancillary business/job. SMS and HJOE had SBA loans and such to help new dealers finance the initial cost so $4200 is not something that most may habe lying around or quick access to (like a ttaditional LOC).
