Couple of things stand out for me:
Looks like GEVO is in production, and has revenues (though it's not making money), PTOI is not
The short interest indicated is greater than the OS after the 1:20 R/S they did last month?
GEVO has analyst coverage, with a $12 sp target; PTOI does not
Looks like GEVO had a circuit breaker event last week
