What is on record is a suit against HC for damages as a result of not issuing a license to grow.
The evidence is clear an documented that HC did a 180 after asking Cen to hurry up their construction of the multi million dollar site. Their decision may have been based on grossly misleading articles by Grant Robinson and a number of stock manipulators.
