The service is good enough for me to keep because it still has more value than any other cable provider at the $35 month tier 3 price point. The negatives of the service hasnt crossed my threshold to want to cancel, I think they will improve with time.
At this point, they want to capture a market share even if their product isnt perfect.
It really does feel great knowing that millions of users are getting free Apple TVs(Ultraflix is already available on the Apple TV and iOS devices), that kind of free promotion and distribution is being overlooked by the investor here imo. The company has huge plans and they are executing.
