I didn't suggest you go to a bs web site, I did suggest you read some analysis. The raw data from the U.S.Treasury is just that, raw data.
You mentioned State and local governments facing economic challenges.
Did it even OCCUR to you that tax cuts sometimes contribute to creating those challenges, or do you believe in the 'theology' that tax cuts solve budget issues and create new jobs?
I suggested Googling KS to see what the real world effects are for
that 'theology' on that particular State.
Then Google MN to see what the effects of the opposite of 'supply-side theology' look like.
