Just when you think penny stocks are depressing-wow take a look at this chart:
owcp was .0035 in September and now its at .53!
That is nuts. Shows you how quickly things can change in OTC land.
Of course the float is like 100 million there and its a MJ stock.
Maybe GC should roll out the Hydrogen Marijuana engine that converts MJ smoke to energy and we will be set.
