Total short interest is less than 1 percent of float. Well below the norm for high-risk stocks... The short theory for this being 1.16 doesn't hold... Before the rally to 4.95 this stock was shorted just as much or more... The main reason for 1.16 is remote interest. Need a partner, sale, new BOD (name recognition) or private investor to change momentum. Leo detailing his diary doesn't move the chain. Need news with substance!!!
