I'm certainly not worried about this investment, which is by far my largest position.

Oh -- by the way if I were short or underinvested, I'd worry that the judge might release a decision on sanctions against the Rosen firm after the close. Would not be a comfortable thing to spend a few days waiting (while short) to see the market reaction if CTIX is awarded attorneys' fees etc......
