The only way to make sure everything is on the up and up is to start a dialogue with the appropriate overseeing authority.
SEC has just started an aggressive investigation of "shorting" because it has become so prevalent. Actions taken as mentioned previously with many more in the works.
They most likely will neither confirm or deny any action pending pertaining to NNLX stock trades but worth getting eyes on it.
