Fudd wanted to stop the TRUTH from being posted. And the FBAR documents and testimony proved what a LIE was being put forth in the pump and dump.
Lender jrf30 posted Kyle told him they wouldn't need to get another permit. FALSE
Gregg the Greek, who was going to be a witness, posted two weeks before SFRX PR'd the LIE about the 2 of 3 items. FALSE
Mary said in an email the news should be considered accurate....ie it was FALSE.
They were suspended and NEVER told shareholders. The nearly 2000 pages was quite revealing. Reports weren't turn in and they hadn't found anything related to the target vessel. But we've seen claims......they're on the trail. And know Fudd says they're on the wreck.......geez.
The Defendant got an email from the FBAR exposing the LIE in early Aug 2014 and from what I can tell, the lenders Fudd had LIED to about the permit likely blew his phone and email up wanting to know about the permit that was suppose to be a "recovery" permit and didn't jive with what the FBAR was telling Buc in the email. If you recall they even filed that false claim with the SEC, but eventually corrected it. The desperate POS then filed a lawsuit shortly after the email was posted but the pps never recovered, nor will it.
And eventually the case will likely be dismissed for lack of prosecution. Hopefully the Defendant files to have the Injunction thrown out in the near future.
Call me a basher or a coward if you like. That's fine. I consider the source. I'm still waiting on someone to post a permit for the Connaught and/or name the owner of it.
