Broker did say they were fully merged now. Deeper pockets $$
They said they had the SEC complaint. Last I knew they had to respond to the complaint before the SEC can respond to me. Then based on that I can proceed. Both in 5 years of checking.
I am at $1,500,000,000.00 now. Could go up...
