Negative speculation? How is stating I do not see a material impact on trading/PPS considered negative? IR is still saying PPS is overvalued except when they are saying the window is closing and its time to buy. Is that negagive or positive speculating?
The significance for many will more than likely be in the affirmation that Bill remains committed and active in the mfg side which IR routinely snubs and mocks.
