What floors me the most, again I see this all the time too, is that when something is really about to go up, it has already trended itself up. Which will leave the sideliners in the dust. One can try their best to time these but really, once the right money does start to make up their mind, the cheap shares will vanish. Then add in the MM's with their gapping games.
Reality for now is that this is seeing some small accumulation. Not hard to manipulate low volume stocks. I can say "undervalued" all I want, just trying to be patient.
