I'm pumping EXPL? I asked for proof of a permit on the Connaught area and said I would file a complaint.

The hold up on operations has been funding. I know Fudd has dealt Asher in the past, and still might be. But Micah says he's not going the Death Spiral Funding route like SFRX.
