Great opportunity here and why!
Bemax traded .40+ with no issues. Fell do to S1 filing and dilution.
They canceled the S1 which would have given them $2.5mil but it was going to hurt shareholders too much as well as CEO who owns half the OS.
At the same time debt is gone. Launching on Amazon April 2017 with preorder campaign beforehand. Soon after they plan to get into retail outlets as per last PR.
CEO stated Uplist coming and no plans of RS.
This isn't a run starting. This is a recovery to what bright the pps down, cause all those reasons are now gone!
