This is the first time CTIX shows the potential timeline for NDA submission and approval. Since management said they don't plan to do it alone, they must have a pretty good idea where the money for Phase 3 will be coming from.
If patient enrollment is complete by the end of January, the interim data could be available in early April (6 weeks treatment + 2-4 weeks analysis).
B-OM interim data are also expected in March/April. B-UP cohort 2 started one month ago, so we could get an update next month.
K-OC is expected to start this month. CTIX is a busy bee.
