What would turning against the company accomplish? The stock doesn't trade. There's not a SH that posts here that wouldn't be ecstatic and euphoric if HJOE made it back to trading. It'd wash away any ill will these ridiculous bashers keep perpetuating. I don't think a single person would sell day one, accept perhaps to lock away profit if the stock opened on a run.

I agree though, the court case setback, regardless of who delayed, has me in hibernation..
