I don't believe we will witness a cessation of the share price manipulation until NanoLogix has formally uplisted to OTC or Nasdaq as a fully reporting company. It appears there are some who are dedicated to hurting NanoLogix, so simply filing financials will not be sufficient.
Also, where does the subject of partnerships originate? I see you and some others have repeatedly cited that as more or less a requirement for success. I own stock in a number of companies where their sales numbers, rather than any partnerships, are the focus. Is there any chance that good sales numbers without partnerships could satisfy your wants?
