Funny how people take half information and try to use it against someone. It appears you have done a lot of research on this. Where did they say the "source" is at? I seen a response that said they are trying to fix the issue. If the issue was comin from us do you think they would be trying to fix it? Seems to me like you don't have many details in your allegations. All you're using is that it's a source signal issue. That is not saying that its an issue with punch at all. It could be several different things and it all depends on where they are getting the feed from. It also could very well be their equipment that is faulty.
