JF wearing two hats while DF was gone. He has is own company of Clear Memories which I'm sure was very busy over Holidays as well. What ever happened in the coming weeks since Oct 10 to delay the release of stated PR's must have been significant for a reason not yet disclosed. Hopefully we soon learn this month what's going on now that DF is back on board.
