Well spotted - you found it first as I was busy trading on multiple other stocks.
It is deliberately misleading for anyone to post that a reverse split is inevitable just because a stock is currently at .0001 - especially when the A/S is greater than the O/S.
A number of other stocks have already moved up to .0002 from no bid and / or .0001 x .0002 this year - it happens all the time.
