The person that dumped 30M shares was not a long - I believe she deserted the stock in 2014 - got back in on the way up this time - nowhere near the bottom because she wasn't paying attention for the intervening 2 years - and then moved on after the latest news because she is always looking for quick gains.

Another person that got out was not one of the big holders but was someone who got some of the cheapest shares this time around.

I don't know what other people were expecting in the news.

A fresh start with a name change and ticker change, and a clear plan to add value to $INCC with a new business direction rather than putting all the eggs in one basket and relying on SJR going public to then get shares in that, were unexpected bonus items - albeit not as immediately dramatic as some of the enthusiasts might have liked.

As always, $INCC is full of surprises, not necessarily in timescales that suit everyone, and provides excellent trading opportunities for those that are patient and observant over the long term.
