i can certainly understand NON RETAILs' *angst* in having an educated *retail*
investor ..

amazing what *eludes* those who are bought and paid for (SEC comes to mind)
since the *patterns* .. er .. employed by NON RETAIL are crystal clear ..

PTOI had the lowest YTD *volume* in 2016 .. in spite of NON RETAILs'
unrelenting efforts to *compress* the PPS ..

so clearly 5c is the CEs' new 10c ..

which means they have 2 options .. either cut current PPS in half via their usual MO

(they illegally wash trade targeted stox) .. so does 03 go to 015 .. or if working
off of 05 .. 025 ..

or try to do a *controlled* volume RUN (TAKE UP) on PTOI to *5c* ..
note what RT l2 *shows* at that 5c level on ask ..

their problem is if an *8K* (material event) is filed .. during that *manipulated*
TAKE UP .. CEs' *lose controll* .. and CEs' have huge problems at each level
going forward on PTOI's PPS (UP)

5c .. 10c .. 20c .. 35c (9.30.13) and their biggie .. 1.50 to 1.65 (way back when)
