That makes sense , even some of us investors have watch lists and some of those watch lists send those who have them a message when a set strike price is hit on the UP or DOWN. Its how they or we react to that notification that is important.
Still in the case of CTIX the BIG NOTIFICATION may be any preliminary news on the P 2b trial. Maybe the MM's have a 100 share ask at $2 and $3 for that. LOL
