Interim data analysis expected in Q1/Q2
1. B-OM: The DSMB can stop the trial early if the result is excellent. The early start of B-UP indicates the early observation of patient case reports is positive.
2. P: IGA changes can be seen starting week 2 and clinical improvement can be seen starting week 4 in the 200 mg arm. PASI 75 is likely to be seen in the 300 mg or 400 mg arm within six weeks.
3. B-UP: Clinical meaningful improvement observed in cohort 1 (50 mg). Two patients achieved 100% reduction and two patients achieved 50% reduction. Cohort 2 will be 100 mg and cohort 3 will be 200 mg.
No wonder the same basher with different aliases start showing up to spread FUDs.
