$INCC would not have invested $1000s in CPA and attorney fees getting financials up to date, getting OTC Current, and in filings for both a name change and a ticker change if it were a scam.
Also, 1.992 Billion shares have been traded since it came off the bottom at .0001 x .0002 over the past 2+ months and it has held the .0012 > .0019 range for 32 trading days / over 6 trading weeks since it last dropping below .0020 after 2 earlier spikes to .0033 and .0025.
It is not some 2 to 10-day run that is so typical at the bottom end of the OTC market.
