Best 'bending over backward' attempt to deny the high confidence level 'assessments' by all of the intelligence agencies that it was the Russians who, yes, do not do a single f*cking thing with out the knowledge and approval of the autocrat former KGB guy, that did hack the DNC and Podesta's emails.
