I think trying to derive anything from what Aruda does is a tough exercise. They guy hit the jackpot on a legal technicality. His insight into Kevetrin is likely behind what the public has known for a while. His insight into the other two platforms which be the primary stock price drivers over the next couple of years is no better than that of the public.
Due to sloppy patent work he was afforded a guaranteed early retirement. That may turn out to be guaranteed wealth for many generations. He may have been legally entitled to what he received but I don't believe he deserved it.
I don't think he has any additional insight. I'd cash out $10M and hold the rest too if I was in his shoes. Some people just get lucky. Others of us bought at $4.
