Mr. Rogers has a member of the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board), as well as an auditor of several firms on listed on the OTC Markets with extensive experience of providing accounting services to firms with international assets and business scope.
As part of the retained Mr. Rogers will be preparing the financial statements of MIHL for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.
According to Yossi Harel, Board Member, “We expect to issue the final reports as soon as possible during the first quarter and were assured by Mr. Rogers in our discussions, that he will devote whatever resources necessary to expedite this matter”.

Notice:
Patrick Rodgers, CPA Firm usually does the audits and financials for companies who are up listed as well in the same position as we are currently. Seems to be a good fit since the plan is to uplist eventually anyways.
