? 1 Experience Art and Design, Inc. (Experience Art) is a Nevada corporation, and its securities are quoted on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets quotation system. Experience Art is a reporting issuer under the Act pursuant to Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets (MI 51-105), as it has had promotional activities carried on in and from British Columbia since at least May 31, 2013.
? 2 Experience Art has failed to file a notice of promotional activities, and a copy of its June 7, 2013 Form 8-K Current Report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as required under MI 51-105 and National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (the required records).
? 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in Experience Art?s securities until:
1. Experience Art files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and regulations; and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
